Eurologos-Brussels is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 17100.
The ISO 9001 standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system to help ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
The international standard ISO 17100 specifies requirements for all aspects of the translation process directly affecting the quality and delivery of translation services.
It includes provisions for translation service providers concerning the management of core processes, minimum qualification requirements, the availability and management of resources, and other actions necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service.
These two standards have governed the methodology and processes of Eurologos since its foundation, long before the official certification. These are based on the classic sequence of production → check → corrective action → check → validation.
Before delivery, all texts are subjected to:
• validation of the geostylistic and cultural appropriateness of the texts;
• orthosyntactic correction;
• semantic revision (checking that the text has been faithfully rendered);
• checking for the use of appropriate technical terms.
The official certificates are available on request.
The Eurologos Group is also a partner of SDL to ensure state-of-the-art technological expertise for its customers.
